Labbaik Allahumma labbaik is the Talbiyah — the pilgrim's response to Allah's call for Hajj and Umrah. Millions recite it from the moment they enter ihram until they stone the Jamaraat (Hajj) or begin tawaf (Umrah practices vary by rite).
The complete Talbiyah
Labbayk Allaahumma labbayk. Labbayka laa shareeka laka labbayk. Innal-hamda wan-ni'mata laka wal-mulk. Laa shareeka lak.
English: Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. Indeed all praise, favour and dominion are Yours. You have no partner.

- After entering the state of ihram.
- Frequently while travelling to Makkah and during the rites.
- Men raise their voices; women recite quietly (standard guidance).
- It stops at prescribed points of the Hajj/Umrah (e.g. beginning of tawaf for Umrah in common practice).
Spiritual meaning
Labbaik is not tourism — it is answering the call Ibrahim (عليه السلام) proclaimed (Quran 22:27). Each repetition renews Tawheed: no partner in worship, praise, or kingship.
