Before you pay — four straight answers
- Who will teach my child?
- You meet the matched tutor in a free 30-minute live trial before paying anything. Relevant credentials for that tutor are confirmed before enrolment — ask for the specific evidence.
- What if we miss a class?
- Give at least 24 hours' notice and the class can be moved, subject to tutor availability. Rescheduling is agreed directly with NoorPath.
- What if the tutor is not the right fit?
- Contact NoorPath and another available tutor is discussed. A tutor preference (for example female or English-speaking) is a request that is confirmed at matching, not a guarantee.
- How do we stop?
- Cancel with 7 days' notice before the next billing date. No cancellation fee. Remaining sessions already paid for in that month can still be used.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. New learners can request a free 30-minute trial class. No credit card is required. Tutor availability is confirmed after the request.
Do you have family discounts?
Yes — 2 siblings: 15% off; 3 siblings: 20% off; 4+ siblings: 25% off. Contact us to confirm the applicable plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel with 7 days' notice before your next billing date. Payments already made for a partial month are not refundable, and remaining scheduled sessions may still be used.
Are female tutors available?
You can request a female tutor. NoorPath confirms a suitable match based on the learner's needs, schedule and current tutor availability.
