Rabbana atina fid-dunya is the opening of Quran 2:201 — one of the most complete duas a Muslim can make. It asks for good in this world, good in the Hereafter, and protection from Hellfire in a single breath.

- In sujood and after tashahhud before salam.
- After every obligatory prayer.
- During Tahajjud and times when duas are answered.
- Anytime you feel torn between worldly needs and akhirah goals.
Quranic context (important)
Verse 2:200 criticises those who only ask for the dunya. Verse 2:201 praises those who ask for both worlds and safety from the Fire. This dua rebalances a heart that has become too worldly — or too neglectful of lawful worldly needs.
